Drive high-conversion, inbound growth via the Haystack community (1000s of companies), SEO (with agency), partners, and organic social
Build outbound programs combining SDR sequences with industry, use case and Haystack aligned paid campaigns, analyzing call and engagement data to refine cross-functionally
test and scale repeatable webinar, roundtable, and event formats that consistently generate ICP-qualified pipeline.
Track funnel performance with RevOps using attribution, conversion, and pipeline metrics from awareness through leads, MQLs, meetings, and opportunity stages
Close the loop fast: measure, learn, and pivot campaigns to double down on what works and cut what doesn’t.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, DevRel, Sales, and Product to align messaging and feedback
Manage your budget with focus on ROI, repeatability, velocity, and channel/tactic performance
Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and emerging whitespace opportunities
5+ years of experience in data-driven B2B SaaS or deep tech marketing
Strong track record with full-funnel growth with demand gen and pipeline ownership
Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns and demand experiments to develop growth playbooks yielding the best results
Proven ability to cut through the noise in a fast-moving category like AI
Ability to drive tight feedback loops with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure messaging learnings and evolutions are adapted quickly into demand
Deep familiarity with ICP mapping, segmentation, and value-based messaging
Skilled in HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Webflow, and Salesforce, as well as user, sales, and intent analytics platforms
Experience managing SEO and paid media agency partners for alignment and refinement against business goals
Growth mindset—you thrive on analytics, experimentation, measure relentlessly, and turn insights into scalable demand plays.
Experience marketing to both technical (e.g., developers to CIOs) and enterprise buyers (e.g., Line of business owners by industry)

Prior demand experience in early-stage or high-growth startups within high-growth, competitive markets like AI
