As the Senior People Operations Manager at deepset, you will be integral to enhancing the employee experience and driving our success. You have a strong history of developing and expanding people processes, along with the emotional intelligence to handle complex employee relations issues. • People Operations: Defining our global people operations strategy and overseeing daily operational processes, including Payroll and total rewards 

• Collaboration: You will partner with the global People team, including Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and IT Administration.

• Process Optimization: Your focus will be on improving and optimizing operational efficiency, with an emphasis on reviewing and refining core HR systems. 

• Compliance: You will also manage regulations across global entities and serve as the primary point of contact for all operational matters. 

• Employee relations: manage employee experience, develop and implement employee policies, strategies and programs. 

• You have deep experience shaping the strategy and processes within Human Resources and People Operations.

• In-depth knowledge of global labor laws (Especially German), HR policies, and management of global entities.

• Passionate about project management and process optimization.

• Highly empathetic with a talent for building trust and fostering engagement with stakeholders at all levels.

• A creative problem solver, skilled in managing diverse projects.
